Rules and Regulations
for Properties

Property Rules:

  1. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors during this time.

  2. Check-in and Checkout Times: Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM, and Checkout time is before 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.

  3. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on any property. This includes indoor and outdoor areas.

  4. No Parties: Parties are not allowed on the premises. Please respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and refrain from hosting large gatherings.

  5. Property Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. Please dispose of trash properly and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.

  6. Pet Policy: If the property allows dogs, owners are responsible for their dog's safety. Dogs must be leashed properly when outside and under the control of their owner at all times. If a dog is barking excessively and causing a disturbance, the guest may be asked to vacate the property.

  7. Unsafe Behavior/Equipment: There is no tolerance for unsafe behavior or equipment on any property. Please refrain from engaging in activities that may pose a risk to yourself or others.

  8. Water Conditions Disclaimer: If the property has lake access/lakefront, please note that water conditions can change rapidly. Anyone who enters the water, stands on docks, or uses water toys does so at their own risk. Property owners/management will not be responsible for injury, lost items, or any other situations caused by entering the water.

  9. Compliance with Laws: All properties are maintained in accordance with federal, local, and state laws. There is no knowledge of lead-based paint, clandestine labs, or any adverse conditions that guests or tenants need to be aware of. Any unsafe or potential hazards must be reported to ZJ Rentals immediately for remedy.

  10. Compliance: By violating these rules, occupants will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted early with no refunds. Our priority is to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

  11. Questions: If you have any questions or concerns about these rules, please don't hesitate to ask. We are here to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
