Welcome to Glacier Goat Haven, a newer modern farmhouse-style 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in scenic Polson, Montana. This single-story, whole-home rental offers privacy, comfort, and thoughtful features. It's a great fit for families, pet owners, couples, remote workers, or groups looking for a relaxing base near Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park.

Inside the Home
● Open, light-filled living space with a cozy electric fireplace and smart TV
● Three mini-split AC units and ceiling fans for year-round comfort
● Extra-deep couch that can also be used as a bed (approximately twin size)
● Fully equipped kitchen with a center island that expands to seat four, plus a breakfast bar
● Dedicated coffee and tea station, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven/stove, and dishwasher

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
● Bedroom 1: Queen bed and twin bed
● Bedroom 2: Queen bed
● Both bedrooms have high-quality linens, blackout shades, walk-in closets, full-length mirrors, and en-suite bathrooms
● One bathroom has a shower/tub combo for a soak after a day of adventure; the other has a spacious walk-in shower
● Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; hairdryer in unit

● This is one side of a duplex with some shared outdoor spaces. The other side is our sister unit, The Stallion Stay, if your group needs more space.
● Exterior security cameras are present outside the property (none inside).
● The home is single level but is not wheelchair accessible.

● Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
● Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
● Minimum age of primary renter: 21
● Children and infants welcome
● Pets welcome! $50 pet fee per stay
● No smoking
● Please be respectful of shared spaces and neighbors
● Before you leave: turn things off, take out the trash, gather used towels, and lock up

Cancellation Policy
● 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

The owner(s), manager(s), and associated entities of this property (hereafter referred to as "Host") shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on or near the property during the guest's stay. Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group, including but not limited to injuries resulting from slips, trips, falls, or use of any amenities, equipment, or facilities on the property.
Guests also understand and agree that the property may have inherent risks due to its location, structure, and features, and it is the guest's responsibility to exercise caution and ensure their actions are safe at all times.
By booking this property, all guests and visitors waive, release, and hold harmless the Host from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their stay.

This release of liability applies to all occupants and visitors to the property, and by staying at the property, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.
